Children's Dance and Musical Gymnastics (3cr)

Objective

The students are thoroughly acquainted with the goals and contents of musical gymnastics and children dance. They have developed their onw ways of planning and guiding said children group activities.

Content

Diverse areas of children dance, pedagogic principles and choreography creation. Exercises in rhythm and musical gymnastics and various children dances. Familiarization with Dalcroze's and Orff's basic principles of the musical gymnastic process.

Qualifications

The students have assimilated the main work habits used in musical early training and acquired familiarity with music play school activity planning.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Active participation in lessons and completion of assignments.
