Osaamistavoitteet

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

Critically review, analyze and understand information available from academic and professional business sources in sport and event management field (IBCRI).
Apply disciplinary and interdisciplinary knowledge to analyze business challenges and trends in sport event business market and present solutions based on the findings. Identify the different aspects of sport event management, understand the key concepts of impacts and legacies in relation to sport events and comprehend the different stages of event organizing. (IBBUS).
Communicate responsibly, effectively and professionally in English in oral and written formats. Acknowledges the importance of intercultural communication in the global sport event field (IBCOM).
Participate in multicultural settings and demonstrate teamwork skills (IBCOL).
Understand issues of ESR and find their meaningful applications in the business practices and decision-making in sport events (IBESR).
