Osaamistavoitteet

The students have knowledge and experience of various forms of physical exercise and their connections to well-being and the prevention of illnesses. They are able to independently utilize the sources on exercise and wellbeing, as well as physical activity services. They know hoe health status can be assessed and how to create an exercise plan. They get basic skills for exercise counselling.

Sisältö

Theoretical and practical basics of physical exercise and wellness, familiarization with various health-promoting forms of physical activity; the planning, implementation and evaluation of an exercise plan and counselling.

Active participation and goal-oriented approach in individual and group work, knowledge application skills in written assignments
