Evidence-Based Activity in the Service Sector (5cr)

Objective

The students create a written presentation for an assigner on a chosen sector of the service business. They demonstrate mastery of information retrieval and critical evaluation of information sources, as well as mastery of the subject area and an understanding of the relationships between the elements of a thematic entity. They also demonstrate analytical and critical thinking through the definition of concepts, as well as the ability to assess information and synthesize the information of former research relevant to the theme. They demonstrate mastery of written reporting skills.
