Russian for Working Life (5cr)

Objective

The students master the Russian used in simple communication situations related to customer service and business meetings. They know the correct terms of address and courtesy phrases, so as to be able to give a positive image when cooperating with Russians, even in situations in which a language other than Russian or an interpreter is mainly used. The students have a fairly good vocabulary for the communication situations they will encounter in working life. They know the most common business letter formats.

Qualifications

The students know the Cyrillic alphabet (can also be completed as independent pre-assignments before the course).
