Osaamistavoitteet
Master student understands the concept of reflection and reflective practice. He/she explores the strategies and methods for integrating reflection within practice and professional development of nursing expertise. The student frames his/her own professional development within the boundaries of professional practice. Master student examines future trends and scenarios that address key factors of professional decision making in nursing. He/she examines the impacts of trends and scenarions on required knowledge and skills for his/her chosen area of expertise.

Pass:
Master student is able to present his/her views on selected are of expertise in a way that captures his/her own perspectives. He/she is capable of using relevant scientific literature to justify his/her own voice related to chosen area of nursing expertise. He/she can identify the main trends and scenarios of the future of healthcare. The student is able to give constructive feedback to his/her fellow-students.
Fail:
Master student cannot present his/her own perceptions and views on selected topic. He/she is not able to use the relevant, scientific literature to support his/her views. He/she cannot give constructive feedback to the fellow-students.
