Objective

Students who complete this course will understand the generic principles of service production and be able to apply them in the production, development, evaluation, procurement, and management of ICT services.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

For CONTACT, ONLINE, and BLENDED courses, we require attendance at the teaching sessions listed in the schedule. If you are absent from more than 25% of the teaching sessions, your grade will be lowered by one grade. If you are absent from more than 50% of the teaching sessions, you will fail the course.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Grade 3: The student has completed the course assignments well and on schedule and demonstrates moderate expertise in the course subject. He/she understands the basics of service production and knows how to apply them in the production of ICT services.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Grade 5: The student has completed the course assignments commendably, on schedule, and demonstrates familiarity with the course subject. He/she understands the basics of service production and knows how to apply them in the production of ICT services. The student has demonstrated the importance of planning and systematic work in the production of ICT services and has been able to combine production economics and ICT services in an interdisciplinary manner in their assignments or demonstrations.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Grade 1-5 / fail 40% of the maximum points are required to achieve the minimum grade T1 required to pass the course.

Further information

This course has been designed from an interdisciplinary perspective. It combines the management of IT benefits with a production economics approach. The course does not require technical IT skills. A basic understanding of information management and business-oriented information technology will help you achieve the learning objectives.
