Content
Kurssilla opit vakuutustoiminnan tehtävistä yhteiskunnassa sekä vakuutusalan toimintaympäristöstä. Opit valitsemaan sopivat vakuutusratkaisut tarvelähtöisesti yrityksille ja kotitalouksille. Kurssilla painotetaan asiakkuuskokemusta ja toimimista vuorovaikutteisesti vakuutusalan asiakaskohtaamisissa.
