Objectives
Purpose
During the course you will learn basics of management of an organization and will learn the meaning of basic concepts of strategy, vision, mission and values. You will get acquainted with different salary and rewarding systems. Course will also help you to understand basics of human resources management in an organization. After the course you will be able to understand the needs of management of the company and have basic knowledge of work of a manager and leader.

- ability to gather and interpret relevant data and handle complexity to inform judgements that include reflection on relevant social and ethical issues

The course provides you with tools for understanding strategy and values, assistance with practical management and leadership and to motivate team members, designing payroll systems, and basics in areas of Human Resources Management.
