Objectives

The purpose of the course
This course will increase your understanding of the principles of self and peer management. In addition, you will be able to work in a team and as a team leader and have the ability to evaluate the performance and its quality from many different angles. You understand the principles of sustainable development.

Learning outcomes of the course
After completing the course, you will understand and apply the principles of self-leadership, responsibility, peer leadership and collegiality in the work and development of the work community. You recognize the importance and role of team and teamwork in nursing and leadership. You know how to support successful teamwork and team leadership. You will understand the principles of cost-conscious operations and apply them to the practical work of your profession. You will be able to evaluate and develop activities and their effectiveness and impact. You will be able to ensure and develop, together with the work community, the quality of care and work and self-monitoring.
