Objective
Course Purpose:
In this course, you will explore interaction as a central tool in a teacher’s work. You reflect on ways to foster encounters that support students' learning and well-being. You will also examine guided feedback as a form of interaction, and emotional skills that are important in teaching. During this course, you will develop abilities to handle challenging teaching situations and find potential solutions. Finally, you will evaluate your own competence in relation to the learning outcomes and skills targeted in this course.

- You are able to evaluate your competence in encounter and pedagogical well-being.
Further information
The assessment is based on learning objectives, qualitative and criteria-based. The assessment material consists of the learning tasks of the course and the self-assessment task. The assessment decision is made by the teacher educator when all learning tasks have been completed.
