Objective
Master student is familiar with the requirements of expert tasks of his/her own field, recognizes the strengths and development challenges of his/her own expertise and draws up his/her personal learning and career plan. Student is able to critically and future-oriented evaluate changes in the operating environment and services and their impacts on his/ her expertise and employee skills. Student is able to continuous development of expertise, learning together and sharing the expertise in multidisciplinary networks.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Pass:
Master student is able to analyse skills requirements in his/her field in, recognizes his/her development challenges and prepares a personal study and development plan. Master student is able to evaluate the development of expertise and share it in professional networks. He / she completes the given assignment successfully.
Fail:
Master student does not regocnize his/her development challenges and is not able to analyse skills requirements in his/her field of expertise. Master student is not able to make a personal study and development plan. He / she does not carry out given learning assignments.
