Objective

Students - understand the significance, impact and premises of a brand - are familiar with the basic principles and practices of sales and advocacy - know how to act in negotiation and sales situations - can utilize digital communication channels from the sales perspective.

- Introduction to branding, image marketing and advocacy - Basics of sales and interaction competence - Brand management, risk management, crisis communication - Sales situations, negotiation skills and sales closure - Business collaboration project - Making a social media video from a sales perspective
