Objective
The student recognises and is able to describe the significance of creativity as a resource in life. The student is able to utilise creativity in their own daily life to promote their well-being and sustainable everyday living.
Content
What actually is creativity, and what benefits does it offer in life? Harness your inner creative potential and learn to utilise it in building your own sustainable everyday life! In this study module, you will explore, through practical tasks, such aspects as: definitions of creativity, connections between creativity and well-being, and the potential of creativity in your own everyday life.

Completion time: 20 January 2026–10 December 2026 Assessment: spring semester 31 May and autumn semester 15 December. The course is located on the Moodle online platform.
