Evaluation methods and criteria
The completion of the course unit is assessed as excellent (5), very good (4), good (3), very satisfactory (2), satisfactory (1), fail (0), or, for a justified reason, on a pass/fail basis. The assessment criteria for a pass correspond to those for a satisfactory (1) grade, meaning that core competencies have been achieved. (Study Guidelines 20§, 2025.) The course unit will be assessed as failed if the student lacks any component of the completion (assignments or examination). If the course unit is assessed as failed and previous partial completions are not recognised, the student must enrol in a new implementation. The teacher will assess the completion of the course unit no later than within four working weeks following the examination sessions.
