- general principles of group dynamics - group facilitation in different operating environments - accessibility in age-friendly group activities - sociocultural and creative methods in group activities - the application of creative activities to support occupational performance of elderly - utilizing digitalisation in group activities

Teaching methods
Elderly work encompasses more than care and nursing. Participation in group activities creates a sense of meaning and brings interactions into the life of an older person. Group activities comprehensively support functional capacity, provide experiences of inclusion, and strengthen agency. They enliven, refresh, and add value to the daily life of elderly individuals. In this course, you will explore the intricacies of group facilitation, the opportunities and significance of group activities, as well as creative and action-based methods. The implementation of the course takes place independently on the Moodle online learning platform.
