Evaluation methods and criteria
• Assessment is made in relation to the learning outcomes of the course. • Successful completion of the course requires successful completion of the assignments. The course is assessed on a pass/fail basis. The teacher records the grades in the Peppi study record register on the 1st Friday of each month.

Objective
Hyvä asiakaspalvelu ja asiakaskokemus ovat kilpailuetu kaikilla aloilla. Opintojaksolla opit tunnistamaan asiakkaiden erilaisia tarpeita ja kehittämään vuorovaikutustaitojasi. Lisäksi koulutuksessa käsitellään asiakaskokemuksen perusteita, vuorovaikutustaitoja sekä haastavia palvelutilanteita. Opit myös, kuinka kohdata taitavasti eri kulttuuritaustoista tulevia asiakkaita.
Content
Opintojaksolla on käytännönläheisiä työkaluja asiakaspalvelutaitojen vahvistamiseen ja monikulttuuriseen asiakaspalveluun. Saat myös valmiuksia menestyä muuttuvassa toimintaympäristössä. Opintojakso sopii niin opiskelijoille kuin työssä käyville ammattilaisille, jotka haluavat kehittää asiakaspalvelu- ja vuorovaikutustaitojaan. Opintojakso jakautuu kolmeen keskeiseen teemaan: asiakaskokemus, vuorovaikutus ja erilaiset asiakaskohderyhmät.

Teaching methods
The course is implemented entirely as an online course, with no time or place constraints. The course can be completed independently and does not include group work or live lectures. • The study takes place in the Learn learning environment. You can join the course in Learn on the day the course starts. • Studying is independent and learning assignments must be returned during the course.
Exam schedules
The course consists of recorded online lectures, online material and two learning tasks that the student completes at a time convenient for him/her during the course. There is no exam in the course. • The course ends at the time indicated in the course information, by which time both learning tasks must be completed.
Student workload
1 credit corresponds to approximately 27 hours of student work. The actual workload depends on study skills and previous knowledge.
