Content scheduling
The course provides an overview of the digital systems and processes in hospitality industry. Student will learn about the digital guest journey mapping and familiarize with the possibilities in different kinds of digital platforms and services.
Objective
Students knows: - how to work with the common hotel and restaurant electronic sales and distribution channels - the principles of modern digital commerce - how to guide, familiarize and update the use of digital content - the laws of digital communication
Location and time
Online lectures and coaching in May. Independent studying from June to August. Lecture recordings will be added to the learning platform.

Warmly welcome to E-business and digital processes in the hotel and accommodation industry -summer course, where you'll study the most commonly used systems in the accommodation business and the digital hotel guest journey. Online lectures on May 2026. Independent studying and assignments in the interactive Howspace -learning platform June-August 2026.
