The student has a good knowledge of how the development of the European Union has shaped modern Europe. The student is also able to understand of applying EU Law to intra-community and in the global market.

Major aspects of EU corporate and civil law coupled with close examination of actual contract and business situations in which EU law applies.

The final grade is based on the case evaluation. Each case will affect 20% on the final grade.

The student has passed all quizzes and has produced good assignments in which he/she shows good understanding of the topics.

Satisfactory (1-2)
The student has passed all quizzes and has produced assignments fulfilling the basic level requirements
