Content scheduling
The lectures will be held on a weekly basis on a variety of topics. At the same time, the student will complete learning assignments/exercises in accordance with the given schedule.

Teaching methods
The course will be completed by attending lectures that will be provided in the form ofonline lectures (webinar) as well as by independently watching online lectures provided by external parties. In addition, the course includes learning assignments and exercises.
Exam schedules
The course has four (4) evaluable learning tasks, all of which must be completed successfully in order to pass the course. The tasks are short legal cases related to both the employment and the official relationship.
Completion alternatives
The use of an optional completion method is subject to a well-founded reason that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Further information
Two (2) of the learning assignments will be assessed in accordance with the assessment criteria and scale and they will have an effect on the overall grade. If both or one of the learning assignments receives a failing grade, a resit exam will be arranged online.
