Content scheduling
The lectures will be held on a weekly basis on a variety of topics. At the same time, the student will complete learning assignments/exercises in accordance with the given schedule. The pair assignments/exercises conducted in lieu of the weekly lectures will be separately agreed upon in connection with the classes
Objective
The object of the course
Company law is a legal area the knowledge of which will help you understand the operating practices of different companies and the significance of different legal forms of enterprise. You will need studies in company law especially when working as an entrepreneur and providing guidance in the setting up of a business, as well as when working in duties such as those related to corporate lending.

The students know the central theories related to this specialisation option. The students possess at least an advanced beginner’s skills in the practical tasks of the specialisation option.

Opiskelu ei ole aikaan tai paikkaan sidottu muutamia tärkeitä päivämääriä lukuunottamatta (palautuspäivät ja tentti).Opintojakso suoritetaan osallistumalla luento-opetukseen (tallennetaan), joka toteutetaan verkkoluentoina (webinaari) sekä itsenäisenä ulkopuolisten toimijoiden tarjoamien verkkoluentojen seuraamisena. Lisäksi opintojakso sisältää oppimis- ja harjoitustehtäviä, sekä tentin.
