The student understands the importance of Business Ethics and how Corporate Governance is used as a means for self-regulation in a company. He/She can analyze the different principles and practices in formulating and implementing Corporate Governance rules. The student can make a plan for a company to develop and start to implement a logical and reasonable Corporate Governance instruction

He/She can analyze logically and profoundly different kinds of Corporate Governance principles and practices in different companies. The student can make a relevant and comprehensive plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance.

4 (Very Good) The student understands the field of Business Ethics and Corporate Governance. He/She can analyze logically different kinds of Corporate Governance principles and practices in different companies. The student can make a relevant plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance.

3 (Good) The student perceives the field of Business Ethics and Corporate Governance. He/She can analyse different kinds of Corporate Governance principles and practices in a company. The student can make a plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance.

2 (Satisfactory) The student perceives some aspects in the field of Business Ethics and Corporate Governance. He/She can understand Corporate Governance principles and practices in a company. The student can make a sketch for a company to develop Corporate Governance.

1 (Sufficient) It is difficult for the student to perceive different aspects in the field of Business Ethics and Corporate Governance. He/She can in a limited scope understand Corporate Governance principles and practices in a company. The student can only discuss about the plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance.
