Objective

The student is familiar with present and future Quality Systems and their introduction. In practice they are acquainted with the control of corporate processes, the efficient and effective management of processes, and the deploying of staff, resources and funds.

Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, EFQM and BSC), including personnel management, resources management and corporate results.

Lectures "face to face" 36h (incl. 24h by teacher + group work 12h) and independent study 36h.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Satisfactory (1-2): Poor mastery of the learning objectives of the course, the idea of the subject is fragmentary. Acceptable documentation and presentation of the project.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Good (3-4): The student masters well the essential learning objectives of the course. The group work is well documented and presented.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent (5) : The student has a clear overall idea of the subject and he/she is able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the group work. The project document is high quality and the seminar presentation gives a clear view of the project.
