Key legistlation in Tourism and Hospitality Industry
Objective
You recognize the key laws and regulations in the tourism and hospitality sector. You know the framework created by legislation for the responsible implementation of service business. You are able to start First aid extinguishing and you are able to provide emergency first aid when necessary. You are familiar with alcohol serving legislation and are able to apply the Food Act in your work. You will familiarize yourself with the key contract law documents in the hospitality sector.

The student recognizes the key laws and regulations governing the Hospitality industry. He / she knows the boundaries of legislation and is able to apply key legislation in the operation and development of a service company.
Qualifications
