Assessment criteria, approved/failed
PASSED The student can name and explain the basis of leadership, work development and methods of service design. The sudent can apply knowlege about leaderhip and work roles when planning a client process based on service design. The student can apply some of the benefits of professional networks and digital services.
Qualifications
Course JAMK Innovation Week or competences to use a user-cenric problem solving method.
