Objective

Maintenance and its planning are important for the maintenance of industrial production plants. Understanding the importance of maintenance is also an important part of good design of machines, equipment and production plants.

In this course, you will learn the importance of maintenance of production plants and the role of maintaining process efficiency. You will learn to recognize the content and meaning of different maintenance strategies and to recognize some of the methods behind these strategies. You will learn to apply the above methods.

The development of your skills begins with the identification of basic maintenance concepts such as types of maintenance, maintenance methods and functions. You will continue to develop in the understanding, selection and applying basic concepts in industry.

After completing this course, you will understand the importance of modern maintenance in modern industry. You have learned to recognize the basic concepts of maintenance and to apply individual methods in practice, i.e. to develop maintenance in industry.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
You know how to identify maintenance development targets and starting points for the development of reliability in industrial process. You recognize the basic concepts of maintenance and know how to apply individual methods in practice, i.e. you know how to develop maintenance in industry. You know how to take into account the requirements set by maintenance and reliability in the design of machines, equipment and production plants.

MULTIDISCIPLINARY COMPETENCES
You know how to work systematically and purposefully in maintenance expert tasks in industry. You know how to share your own expertise and use the expertise of others to your advantage in the development of industrial maintenance.
