Objective
The objective of the course
Management and development of supply chains and logistics processes demands the utilization of data collection and processing of data. As a logistics professional you need to understand how data can be gathered automatically and analyzed with information systems. In this course you’ll also learn how these technologies create competitive advantage.

The learning objectives of the course
Student knows the most common automatic data gathering methods in logistics, understands how they work and how companies benefit from them. Student knows what kind of information systems companies utilize and understands how they can bring competitive advantage. Student can also conduct a research and present the findings in a compact manner.
