Students understand the essentials of human resource management and project leading. They know the key issues concerning project concept, project control, recruitment, placement, training, behavior, development, compensation, labour relations, employee security, and global human resource management. They also have a perspective to the practical everyday operations that a manager needs to carry out day-to-day management responsibilities.
