Objective
The object of the course
The course gives you tools for your studies. You will learn how to search for high-quality information from a wide variety of information sources. You will learn to use these sources in various learning tasks. After the course, you will be able to apply Jamk's reporting guidelines and follow the ethical principles in reporting.

Teaching methods
This course is conducted in Finnish.
The learning environment is a Moodle workspace, which will open no later than the start of the course.
The course begins with a section on information retrieval, guided by the library. This section includes studying materials, conducting information searches, and completing assignments.
After the information retrieval section, the student proceeds to the reporting section, guided by a communication teacher. This part includes studying materials, assignments, and teaching.
Exam schedules
The course commences with a library section, encompassing the study of materials, information retrieval, and assignments. The reporting segment involves the completion of four tasks by the student.
