- develops the various communication forms, channels and environments in their field
- predicts the effects of and opportunities provided by internationalisation development in their professional field

The student
- evaluates and develops in a goal-oriented manner their expertise by means of continuous learning
- assumes responsibility for their own goal-oriented learning and that of their community as well as competence sharing
- acquires, processes, produces and evaluates knowledge critically and utilises knowledge from various fields in a purposeful manner
- evaluates, utilises and applies digital environments and tools in various kinds of networks.

The student
- is capable of working as a developer of working life in demanding expert and managerial positions or as an entrepreneur
- develops and creates new operations that are customer-driven, sustainable and financially profitable, with due account taken of the foreseen changes in the operating environment
- manages things, people and networks and applied research, development and innovation projects
- develops the operation and occupational well-being of the work communities.

The students
- are able to act in demanding working environments as independent nursing specialists who base their decisions on the knowledge base of nursing and multidisciplinary knowledge, drawing on their extensive networks
- are able to apply, innovate and assess cost-effective and efficient nursing methods in their area of expertise
- are able to develop and renew clinical nursing based on evidence in cooperation with a multiprofessional team
- are able to critically assess and apply the values and professional ethics of their field as experts in and developers of the working life.

The students
- master the multidisciplinary knowledge base of rehabilitation at a level required of a specialist in demanding rehabilitation
- can anticipate national and international developments in rehabilitation from the perspective of client-centred rehabilitation
- can, based on evidence, develop multidisciplinary rehabilitation activities and operating models as well as multiprofessional cooperation
- can assess and renew client-centred rehabilitation processes and activities that promote the client's working abilities, functional capacity and participation
- possess a critical, development-oriented working method when acting as an expert in multidisciplinary rehabilitation in various public, private and third-sector organisations.

The students
- master the multidisciplinary knowledge base of management in high-level specialist and management tasks in the social welfare and health care sector
- can anticipate and develop social welfare and health care services and the activities of work communities by using evidence-based information in cooperation with multidisciplinary networks and teams
- possess a critical and development-oriented working method when acting as specialists or supervisors in various public, private or third-sector organisations in the field of social welfare and health care.

The students
- master the multidisciplinary knowledge base of promoting well-being and health and have a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between functional capacity, social inclusion and public health and well-being
- aim to improve the well-being and health of their community or region through cooperation networks
- can independently anticipate and renew the activities, methods and processes of promoting well-being and health – both at the individual, community and regional level – in multicultural expert and development tasks in the field or as entrepreneurs
- master the planning, management and assessment methods of well-being and health promotion
- possess a critical, development-oriented working method when acting as specialists in the promotion of well-being and health in various public, private and third-sector organisations.
