Objective
The student can reliably use the central methods to evaluate health, functional capacity, quality of life and living at different stages of a goal-oriented rehabilitation process. Based on experience and theoretical knowledge, he/she can apply creative and artistic activities and its various methods in instructing activities for individuals and groups and rehabilitation for the elderly. He/she can use different rehabilitation methods in the rehabilitation of individuals and groups. He/she has the capabilities for multi-professional networking.
Content
Methods for evaluating the functional capacity of an elderly client (observation, interview, measurements). Evaluation and promotion of living at home safely and independently: home visits, accessibility (Housing Enabler)
Promoting physical activity and preventing accidents (accidents at home, falling down)
Basics of multi-professional networking
Group activities and their basics in rehabilitation
Psychosocial methods: art, physical expression, music and visual expression, nature rehabilitation (Green Care) and their epistemological grounds.
Qualifications
The student knows the knowledge base and concepts of rehabilitation for the elderly and the customer-oriented rehabilitation process and the legislation concerning rehabilitation for the elderly.

EXCELLENT (5)
The student can employ the assessment methods concerning the functional capacity, well-being, quality of life and living of elderly people in a diverse, appropriate and reliable manner in the rehabilitation process of more than one customer group, and in the various phases of this process. He/she has mastered the various methods of individual and group rehabilitation in the chosen rehabilitation sectors or work areas and can combine them in a customer-oriented manner. The student works in a multi-professional fashion, recognises the special characteristics of his/her own tasks and those of others, as well as the principles of cooperation, and develops the multi-professional operating method in an open and innovative way. He/she can handle customer-oriented data entry that promotes rehabilitation, has a grasp of the principles of written work, and observes the reporting instructions without fail.
VERY GOOD (4):
The student can employ the assessment methods concerning the functional capacity, well-being, quality of life and living of elderly people in a reliable and appropriate manner primarily in the various phases of the rehabilitation process of only one customer group. He/she has mastered the essential methods of individual and group rehabilitation in the chosen rehabilitation sector. The student works in a multi-professional fashion, recognises the special characteristics of his/her own tasks and those of others, as well as the principles of cooperation, considers the multi-professional operating method in an open way and strives to develop his/her own role. He/she is capable of customer-oriented data entry according to the reporting instructions issued.

The student can employ the chosen limited assessment methods concerning the functional capacity, well-being, quality of life and living of elderly people in an appropriate and reliable manner in the core phases of the rehabilitation process of one customer/customer group. He/she has mastered some of the methods of individual and group rehabilitation in the single chosen rehabilitation sector. The student can identify the special characteristics of multi-professional work as well as the strengths and challenges of his/her own multi-professional work, and strives to develop his/her own multi-professional operating methods. He/she is capable of clear customer-oriented data entry according to the reporting instructions issued.

The student can, with guidance, employ appropriate and reliable assessment methods concerning the functional capacity, well-being, quality of life and living of elderly people in some phases of the rehabilitation process of a single selected customer group. He/she can, with guidance, utilise methods of individual and group rehabilitation in the chosen rehabilitation sector. The student can identify some of the special characteristics of multi-professional work and can, with guidance, analyse his/her own multi-professional work. The student strives to develop his/her multi-professional capacity. He/she can, with guidance, clarify data entry and observe the reporting instructions issued.
