Objective

Athlete’s Entrepreneurship Portfolio is a collection of an athlete’s competencies and their development, enabling you to transform your athletic career, skills, and learning into ECTS credits through an individual plan. In this portfolio, you will validate and enhance your competencies using the EntreComp framework and the Finnish Olympic Committee’s future work-life skills. During the course, you will create a personal plan and review it with the course’s responsible coach. You will also demonstrate your competence development in a manner agreed upon with the coach. The studies may include, for example, reflection on your athletic career, planning, development, and implementation. The course can also include literature, lectures or seminars related to the topic, expert meetings, or other activities depending on your personal goals.
