In this portfolio, you will validate and enhance your competencies using the EntreComp framework and the Finnish Olympic Committee’s future work-life skills. During the course, you will create a personal plan and review it with the course’s responsible coach. You will also demonstrate your competence development in a manner agreed upon with the coach.
