Evaluation methods and criteria
All tasks must be completed satisfactorily. Task 1 will be evaluated as accepted/to be supplemented/failed, and the multiple-choice examination will be graded on a scale of 1–5. The overall grade will be based numerically on the performance assessed on the scale of 1–5.

Objective
The purpose of the course is to strengthen the student’s competence in understanding the effects of age discrimination and age-related prejudices, as well as in challenging them in working life. Additionally, the aim is to deepen competence regarding preparedness for the final phase of one’s career and methods to promote a just and inclusive working life. After completing the course, the student understands the effects of age discrimination in the workplace and can identify potential age-related prejudices in their own and others’ thinking. The student is able to challenge age stereotypes by presenting alternative ways of speaking and acting in professional contexts.

Location and time
No time-bound lectures; the entire course is completed as an online study.
Materials
All course materials and literature are available in Moodle, which will open at the beginning of the implementation.
Teaching methods
A course implemented entirely online, according to one’s own schedule. Studies may be commenced and concluded at a personally convenient time. There are alternative submission dates for assignments. Please note, however, that submissions are processed and recorded during the first week of each month. The implementation includes independent work and various learning support materials (literature, podcast, multiple-choice examination, written assignment). All assignments are individual tasks. The implementation proceeds according to a planned schedule, but it may also be completed entirely at one's own pace.

Exam schedules
The exam in Moodle can be completed at your own pace. The exam can be retaken three times, and a pass requires 60% correct answers. The exam may only be retaken 24 hours after the previous attempt.
