The students
* know Russian customs and can act correctly, taking Russian quality requirements into account in the various situations of customer service and business
* can assess the potential of the Russian close market areas from the perspective of their branch
* master simple customer service communication situations in Russian

* Russian standard of living, work and leisure, and factors affecting them
* Russia as a country of opportunities
* the Russian language: getting to know people, greeting, politeness, simple service situations
