Student can analyse evidence-based materials, create innovative ideas, theories and methods to solve problems in older people-related projects,including developing, implementing and evaluating them.

Student demonstrates the knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the members among the multidisciplinary team. They can professionally communicate and cooperate with all stakeholders participating in the project by utilizing and sharing their expertise. After this course you have a deep understanding of project-based learning. You can build and utilise teamwork skills in the implementation of project work in gerontological nursing. You understand the importance of innovation and can utilise creative methods to solve problems in gerontological nursing project-work. You master and utilise evidence-based thinking, sustainable, innovative ideas, theories, and methods to develop teaching content for gerontological nursing education. You promote and practice ethical conduct in gerontological nursing project work
