Project in Gerontological Nursing (5op)

Osaamistavoitteet

After this course you have a deep understanding of project-based learning. You can build and utilise teamwork skills in the implementation of project work in gerontological nursing. You understand the importance of innovation and can utilise creative methods to solve problems in gerontological nursing project-work. You master and utilise evidence-based thinking, sustainable, innovative ideas, theories, and methods to develop teaching content for gerontological nursing education. You promote and practice ethical conduct in gerontological nursing project work

Student has limited knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the members among the multidisciplinary team. They need support to communicate and cooperate with all stakeholders participating in the project by utilizing and sharing their expertise. Student has difficulties in applying their project expertise and participating in project quality management and evaluation. They have limited understanding of the development of their project´s teamwork. Student uses limited resources in their work and have difficulties in creating innovative ideas, theories and methods to solve problems in older people-related projects，including developing, implementing and evaluating them.

2= Satisfactory

Student has knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the members among the multidisciplinary team. They can communicate and cooperate with some stakeholders participating in the project by utilizing and sharing their expertise. Student know what project expertise is and participates in project quality management and evaluation. They have some idea of how the development of their project´s teamwork is building. Student understands the meaning of evidence-based materials, create innovative ideas, theories and methods to solve problems in older people-related projects，including developing, implementing and evaluating them.

3= Good

Student has understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the members among the multidisciplinary team. They can professionally communicate and cooperate with some stakeholders participating in the project by utilizing and sharing their expertise. Student has project expertise and participates in project quality management and evaluation. They understand the development of their project´s teamwork. Student use some evidence-based materials, participate to creation of innovative ideas, theories and methods to solve problems in older people-related projects，including developing, implementing and evaluating them.

4= Very Good

Student demonstrates the knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the members among the multidisciplinary team. They can professionally communicate and cooperate with all stakeholders participating in the project by utilizing and sharing their expertise. Student applies project expertise well and participates in project quality management and evaluation. They can evaluate the development of their project´s teamwork. Student can critically use evidence-based materials, create innovative ideas, theories and methods to solve problems in older people-related projects，including developing, implementing and evaluating them.

Student can analyse evidence-based materials, create innovative ideas, theories and methods to solve problems in older people-related projects，including developing, implementing and evaluating them.
