Objective

After completing this course, you are able to:
understand the stages of the development of leadership thinking and the significance of leadership for a well-functioning work community
identify the role and tasks of a frontline manager and understand the principles of a coaching leadership approach
act as a member of a work community and understand diversity as a part of workplace skills
recognize the factors influencing the construction of professional identity and the importance of self-leadership from the perspective of work well-being
