Objective
The student understands the most important global quality systems and basics of quality development. The student knows methods of LEAN philosophy and understands the Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement in modern product development and software business. The student recognizes the process parts in a product's quality assurance and the most important practices during the whole life cycle of the product. The student is able to recognize and describe simple selected production processes of software business with a description method instructed in the course.

Pass: The student masters the basic concepts and is able to describe the structure of quality assurance process with the method instructed in the course.
