Know how different roles work together inside the organization.
Know what is needed for the organization to work.
Learn how to build a bootcamp for the esports team.

Content

Getting to know different roles in esports organization and what is the importance and meaning of each role. Solve problems that these roles could come across.

Work together with Esports coaching course as they will be coaching intensive days in gamepit pro.
Get to plan intensive days from the perspective of player, manager or marketing

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Return all the course assignments before the end of the course.
Return final assignment before the due date and do all the tasks included
Possibility to propose alternative way to do the final assignment
