Objective
o Deeper evidence-based competence in surgical and anaesthesia work and during immediate post-operation supervision o Mastery of dose calculation and familiarity with the key anaesthetic methods and medicine groups used in anaesthesia care and ability to implement and assess the medication and fluid therapy of surgical patients o Understanding of the impacts of the social and healthcare reform on the service system in the operating environments of surgical and anaesthesia care and the operating principles required by sustainable development o Can analyse the special features of well-being at work and the multiprofessional work community in surgical and anaesthesia care
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Knows the most common care needs of a customer in surgical and anaesthesia care and is able to apply care measures according to the patient's needs Can calculate the doses of the medicines used in surgical and anaesthesia care flawlessly Uses professional concepts related to surgical and anaesthesia care systematically and is able to justify activities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development Can apply factors that promote personal and the work community’s well-being in the operating environment of surgical and anaesthesia care

Knows the special features of surgical and anaesthesia care and is able to apply care measures according to the patient's needs on the basis of research-based knowledge and instructions Can calculate the doses of the medicines used in surgical and anaesthesia care flawlessly Uses professional concepts related to surgical and anaesthesia care expertly and is able to justify activities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development in a versatile manner Can apply factors that promote personal and the work community’s well-being in the operating environment of surgical and anaesthesia care, and find targets for development
