The student is able to - describe challenges and solutions related to e-services - comply with the legislation and ethical guidelines for digital support - evaluate the needs of clients in vulnerable positions - advise clients on information security issues - apply skills needed in counseling work - motivate clients to use smart devices and e-services independently.
