Objective
Students - understand the significance, impact and premises of a brand - are familiar with the basic principles and practices of sales and advocacy - know how to act in negotiation and sales situations - can utilize digital communication channels from the sales perspective.
Content
- introduction to branding, image marketing and advocacy - basics of sales and interaction competence - brand management, risk management, crisis communication - sales situations, negotiation skills and sales closure - business collaboration project - making a social media video from a sales perspective
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student's knowledge of the different methods of branding and sales skills is insufficient and the knowledge of their use is weak. The student understands the basics of branding and sales skills in their professional field, their importance, possibilities and methods of operation. The student knows what a marketing and sales plan is, but the skills still require development. The student understands the basics of cost structures for procedures. The student still needs support in planning and implementing branding and sales skills.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student shows that he knows well the different methods and operating methods of branding and sales skills and knows how to use them. The student understands well the special features, importance, possibilities and methods of operation of branding and sales skills in his professional field. The student knows how to prepare a good branding and sales plan and has a commendable understanding of the cost structure of the procedures. The student knows how to plan and implement branding and sales well
