Objective

The student is able to evaluate company-specific conditions required by internationalization, is able to assess the target market areas using different sources of information, know how to choose the correct operating mode, taking into account corporate and product-specific factors as well as familiar with the operation of the main forms of contractual practice. The student is able to draw up a plan of export (export plan) taking advantage of what they have learned and knows the subject area of basic English terminology.

Content

Students will acquire the basic forms of the company's internationalization: direct exports, direct and indirect export, agent, importer, import and export business, a subsidiary of production plants, licensing, franchising, pay and contract manufacturing. He is also aware of the main forms of the legal documentation relating to the operation (agent and dealer agreements) and are able to apply what they have learned in practical work, so that can draw up an export plan.

Qualifications

The student will have basic knowledge of internationalization and international trade regulatory organizations.
