Objective
Student understands the phases and effects of medicine in human body. Student masters the basics of the most ordinary medicines. Student knows where the effect of the medicine is based in and what kind of side effects are involved.
Content
The basics of pharmacokinetics and –dynamics, the combined effects of medicines, medicines for heart and circulation systems, pain medication, medication for asthma and COPD, medicines for gastrointestinal diseases, psychiatric medicines, medicine for neurological diseases, hormonal care, medicine for diabetes, antibiotics, medicine for skin diseases, anesthetics, medicine for local infiltration, anticoagulants, intoxications.
