Objective
The student understands the influence of physical exercise and nutrition on well-being and health. The student knows the most significant factors influencing the public health of Finns and can apply the knowledge in practical work. The student can evaluate the interconnections between physical exercise and nutrition on an individual level. The student can critically analyse trends in nutrition and physical exercise. The student knows the basics of nutrient calculation and can apply calculations to nutritional recommendations.

You will identify trends in nutrition and exercise and be able to analyze them critically. You reflect on your own skills and development. You report logically, analytically and expertly.
