Objective
The student forms a general view on the human resources operations of a company / organisation and HR work. The student develops his/her own HR-competences.
Content
Human resource management, including recruitment, orientation, internal communication, competence management and HRD, human resource management information systems, HRM as a system.

Study visits, learning diary, lectures, group work, social media assignments, job seek coaching, literature reflection, HR-publication, LinkedIn profile, competence folder.

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
