Objective
The students are aware of and they can explain and estimate their own professional, ethical and pedagogical principles in early childhood education. The students can plan, implement and assess activity in accordance with the principles of child orientation in a goal-oriented way and support children´s participation. They understand the main contents of the early childhood education and are able to use working methods in an appropriate way.

Excellent (5) The students are able to perfectly explain and evaluate the pedagogical principles. They are capable to plan, implement and evaluate educational activities in early childhood education on very good level. They understand the principles of supporting the participation of children. The students know the contents of early childhood education and are able to utilize working methods of early childhood education at work. In written assignments, they show excellent capabilities to describe the subjects of the course and to consider them critically.
Very good (4) The students are able to explain and evaluate the pedagogical principles. They are capable to plan, implement and evaluate educational activities in early childhood education on very good level. They understand the principles of supporting the participation of children. The students know the contents of early childhood education and are able to utilize working methods of early childhood education at work. In written assignments, they show excellent capabilities to describe the subjects of the course and to consider them critically.
Good (3) The students are able to explain and evaluate the pedagogical principles. They are capable to plan, implement and evaluate educational activities in early childhood education on good level. They understand partly the principles of supporting the participation of children.
