Objective
The students
¿ know the premises of client´s civil, social and welfare rights
¿ know the concepts of social guidance and counselling of clients as well as planning and implementation of each client's services according to the principles of social rights
¿ know the regulations pertaining to the rights and position of clients in social service and learns how to apply these regulations in the assessment of service needs and in operations of services
¿ have sufficient basic knowledge of social security and the tasks of social work that a Bachelor of Social Services takes part in
¿ have the basic skills and knowledge to use and apply information, especially in those tasks which are related to the social assistance security, social rehabilitation and service counselling in the field of adult and disabled social work and services.

¿ Applying the Act on the Status and Rights of Social Welfare Clients in the client process and appeals
