Objective

The student has a good knowledge of how the development of the European Union has fashioned modern Europe. The student is also able to understand of applying EU Law to intra-community and in the global market

Content

Major aspects of EU corporate and civil law coupled with close examination of actual contract and business situations in which EU law applies.

All of the studies will take place in the online environment in response to the assignments given so that the students may proceed independently according to their own schedule.
